Venue Finding

Finding the right venue in the right location is really important for the success of your meeting or conference. Once we have your brief, we will source a selection of suitable venues that meet with your criteria. We have built excellent relationships with a large portfolio of venues both in the UK and Europe and are able to negotiate the very best rates available. We can arrange site visits to view venues and help with all the planning leading up to the event date.

Delegate Registration

Capturing delegate information can be a time-consuming task and with our on-line registration system this simplifies delegate attendance. Delegates are invited to register and input all relevant information from which we can provide regular reports such as rooming lists, meeting attendance, dietary and ground transportation requirements.

Vision and Sound

Having the right AV is essential for the success of your conferences and we can advise and organise the best options based on your audience size, conference content and conference room.
We can also help with designing a stage set that fits with your brand, style and budget.

Simultaneous Interpretation

Will you have an International audience? All delegates need to be engaged and understand the content of the meeting or conference and this is where simultaneous interpretation can work really well. We work alongside some of the best interpreters in Europe who can provide simultaneous interpretation in a whole range of different languages.

Badges and Registration

It wouldn’t be a conference without name badges and we’re not talking sticky labels but bespoke printed branded badges for each individual delegate to keep everything at the highest standard. These can also be printed on-site for any extra delegates and lost badges! We can also provide staffed registration desks throughout the conference to ensure everyone knows exactly who’s who and what’s going on.

Financial Reporting

Working to a budget? As part of our event management service we make it our priority to stick within your budget, as well as making savings throughout the planning process. If we can finish your conference under budget, we certainly will.
We will put together updated budget sheets throughout the project so that you are aware of all the costs.

Exhibition Stands

If you’ve got information that needs exhibiting, it’s essential that it be done in the most effective way possible. We can arrange for stands of any kind – whether that’s pop-up, modular or completely bespoke – to be shipped, installed and displayed at the conference venue.

Airport Transfers

Throwing the possibility of travel between two countries into the mix sounds daunting, but we have plenty of experience sorting airport transfers both to and from the airport. We can source and organise taxis, coaches, people carriers or even executive cars, and if you need someone on the ground to help organise delegates on the day, we can provide airport representation too.

Out and About

You’re in a new place, a new city and maybe even a new country ¬ there’s life outside of the conference and we can help you find that. As well as being able to organise staff galas and dinners at a huge range of impressive, historic and cultural venues, we can help you make plans to experience the local area in a variety of ways that maybe you hadn¹t thought of.

Over the years, we have organized meetings for many senior management teams and know many suitable venues in the UK and worldwide.

This year our annual management team conference is going to be in Europe, can you help?

Yes, we can propose excellent locations and venues and the most amazing places for off site dinners and activities to re-energise the delegates.

We will need transport from the airport to the venue.

Not a problem! We can organize this for you as we work with numerous transport companies.

We will need several meeting rooms?

That’s ok, once we know your brief we will search and propose only those venues that can accommodate your needs for meeting space, breakouts and private dining.

We need more than the standard hotel AV equipment?

Full stage sets, large screens, video, roving/lapel mics, theming… Whatever the requirements we provide a bespoke service tailored to your needs.

How do I keep track of delegates that wish to attend?

We can set up an on-line registration site, monitor and provide regular reports to relieve the stress of collating all the information.

We need ID badges can you help?

Yes of course, just give us the logo or name of the event and we will send over designs for approval.

We would like to add some team building into our conference but like the activities from a few from your brochure…

No problem at all, we will mix and match for you to suit the timescale and budget.
