BADGES AND REGISTRATION
Every conference needs name badges, right? We’re not talking sticky labels, but bespoke printed badges for each delegate, maintaining high standards.
We’ll bring even more order to the chaos that conferences can come with, providing a fully staffed registration desk throughout the conference. We want to make sure that everyone knows exactly who’s who, where they need to be and what they’re doing.
Everyone works on budgets and we pride ourselves on delivering fantastic results no matter how much you have for the project.
As part of our event management service, we’ll send over regular financial reports so that you’re aware of all the costs. We’ll also put together updated budget sheets throughout the project, which we’ll send over to you fully completed after the event.
We make it our priority to stick within your budget, as well as making savings throughout the planning process. If we can finish your event under-budget, we certainly will.
You want to display your exhibition in the most appropriate, effective way possible. Whether you’d like a pop-up, modular or completely bespoke stand, we can provide them. We’ll arrange the shipping, installation and make sure that everything is in top condition for your event.
If you’d rather leave it to our event managers, we’ll be happy to take control of everything, liaising with venues and exhibitors and being on-site on the day. Our aim is to take the weight off your shoulders.
