When it comes to organising a conference, it doesn’t stop at booking a venue. With our conference service, we offer full delegate management, covering everything including, registration, accommodation and full transport logistics.
The last thing you need is stress during a conference. So you don’t have to, we’ll make sure that everyone attending knows where they have to be, times and any other details. All delegates will have a bed to go back to and if required, we can organise transport to and from the conference. We’ll also provide regular updates and all delegates will have access to a 24/7 helpdesk if they have any issues at all.

If you’ve sent out any invitations for a party before, then you know the hassle that comes with it – chasing up guests. Well, now you can leave the chasing to us, because we’re more than happy to do it for you.
With our delegate management, we can set up a conference website and invite your guests to register their attendance online, so everything is calculated accurately. This can be done via a site that we design for the event, or via a link from your own business website. It’s completely up to you.
From start to finish, we’ll manage the entire invitation process for you, including sending out the invitations, processing payments and handling a customised database for each of your delegates. We’ll also manage the ongoing communication throughout the registration process.
Your event manager will be there on the day to make sure that delegate registration runs smoothly, handling any last minute issues. At the end of the conference, we’ll send over a full report to let you know how everything went.
