Oscar Ceremony (Great way of theming your Awards Dinner)
Red carpet, posters, film promotional material, large Oscar
figures – the Paparazzi are there to greet the guests – snapping
photo’s as they arrive, the odd question – ‘Do
you think you’ll win tonight?’ – The guests
think they are at a glittering awards ceremony.
The room will be stunningly themed and when guests enter the room,
they know this is going to be a glittering evening.
James Bond Evening
As soon as the guests enter the room they will be transported
to another world – the world of ‘Bond – James
Bond’.
With songs from all the Bond movies being played the atmosphere
is further created by backdrops of the world’s most sophisticated
spy, suspended balloons, imaginative lighting and famous scenes
from all the movies projected onto large screens take you into
the ‘James Bond’ world.
To complete the evening, Casino
tables of Blackjack & Roulette
are available for guests to try their hand, along with 007 quick
draw, laser shoot out and arcade simulators including Jet Ski,
Manx TT and Rally.
Caribbean Evening
The vibrant colours of the Caribbean make a stunning impact
to the room – colourfully lit Caribbean backdrops, palm
trees, sun, sea and sand, sounds of the steel band immediately
guests feel in the ‘holiday mood’.
Armed with a cocktail
they can head across to the beach area and maybe take part
in the beach games, coconut shy or try their
luck on the Jet Ski and surf simulators.
To enjoy the Caribbean
food, guests take a seat at the tables decorated with vibrant
tablecloths and fruit centrepieces.
Wild West Night
As you arrive at the room you think you’re on the set
of Calamity Jane – staff dressed as cowboys offer you a
drink from the ‘Lone Bar’. With Country & Western
music being played, guests can wander round the room taking part
in some of the numerous activities on offer – the bucking
bronco, quick draw alley, shoot some pool or try the skittle
alley.
Food can be a ‘ranch bbq’ or perhaps a ‘hog
roast’ followed by some country & western dancing led
by the sheriff. The gambling guests can head towards the saloon
for a little blackjack!!
Grease
Everybody remembers the final scene in the movie – Grease – and
that’s the setting for your evening – everything
will be there - Fair Stalls, Popcorn, Candyfloss, Hoopla, Fun
Fair Rides, Thunder Road (Scalextric), Dance Competition (video
playback), and Karaoke. The film Grease will be projected around
the room.
So there will be no stopping the Pink Ladies and T-Birds on
a night of excitement!!
Las Vegas Evening
The excitement of Las Vegas comes to your event – the
glitz, glamour and of course the excitement is all there.
On arrival you get caught up in the excitement of the thrilling
evening ahead – showgirls dancing, the casinos are up and
ready and they are waiting to take your money!
During dinner,
music from Shirley Bassey and Frank Sinatra to name a few plays
in the background – straight after dinner
it’s Showtime – the Las Vegas girls put on a stunning
show followed by Elvis singing hit after hit.
As the show closes the Slot Machines, Blackjack & Roulette
tables are the main attraction until the wee small hours...
School Days
So what do you remember about School Days: School meals, Sports
Day, the Headmaster... From the moment you arrive the room will
remind you of school days – The blackboard and Headmaster
will all be waiting for you!! The menu can be back to school
days if required - Sausages & mash,
spotted dick. Then after dinner the Indoor Sports Day takes place,
followed by the prize giving from the headmasters.
After all this excitement the School Disco starts and Table
Football, Arcade Simulators, Pinball, Pool Tables are there for
those who still have the energy!!
