Magnum Events can organise many types of
Sailing Days to suit all requirements and budgets, from sleek motor
cruisers to the excitement of a sailing regatta!
Our sailing events are based mainly on the Solent and depart from
Lymington, Southampton and Portsmouth, however other locations
are also possible.
Listed below are our most popular events:
RIB Treasure Hunt

Nothing comes close to the excitement and fun of a Rib. These boats are an adrenaline high; thrilling both novices and experienced sailors alike. The Treasure Hunt is an excellent way of placing groups, whether small or large, into a focused but fun team building environment.
The teams have both land and sea clues to be solved in several locations. They are issued with a boat and skipper, then charts, clues, stop watches, Polaroid cameras, and tasks to complete.
The winning team will have best grasped the value of allocating and completing tasks according to team members' strengths and weakness as well as showing the greatest creativity in a challenging environment fraught with communication issues.
